Bedford Hotel - Sidmouth

Excellent hotel with great amenities like fast wi-fi, a cute bar lounge, and helpful staff. I fondly remember how they assisted with my suitcases during my first stay. Highly recommend the sea view rooms for a wonderful experience!

Lovely large room, but noisy music disturbed our stay at night.

It has peaceful and exceptional location to see public gardens. The breakfast is delicious with even a sausage for the dog, lovely-plenty plus continental option, there's an option for each taste. The employees are attentive and efficient.

The unit we got was huge with a big balcony.

delightful hotel with exceptional staff to both receptionists we met and good wi-fi. spotless & en suite room. stunning and brilliant location, close to pubs and bistros. nice enough area and absolutely brilliant views. 12 miles away from exeter international airport.

The location was fantastic, just steps from the beach, which made our stay so enjoyable. We loved our room with a splendid sea view. the decor was nice and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast offered plenty of tasty options, although it could have used a bit more variety. The staff was very accommodating, always willing to help out.

The super king room with partial sea view was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were efficient, friendly, and always willing to help.

I loved staying at The Bedford Hotel. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. I appreciated the friendly staff. They were really nice too accommodate my needs. The bathroom looked immaculate, and the little extras made a difference. Breakfast was good with fresh, high-quality choices, especially the cooked options. One downside was the lounge area. It felt a bit basic compared to the rest of the hotel, but it was suitable for our short stay. Parking was a hassle, and I could hear some noise from live music during the nights.

The hotel is in a great spot right by the beach, and the staff were super friendly n helpful. Loved our beach-facing room, it was all decorated nice and the bed was so comfy. Breakfast was really good, fresh food and loads of options. Also got to see fireworks from our room which was amazin! They have a neat bar downstairs too.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, with excellent shower facilities and a delicious breakfast that includes both a variety of self-service options and freshly cooked choices, complemented by the cute and friendly staff throughout the hotel.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

Had a lovely time here with my family and dog! The sun loungers by the pool and easy beach access made relaxation a breeze. The only slight downside was the thin wooden door between rooms. You could hear chats from next door all night. Just be sure to enjoy the great breakfast options! 🥞
